A Valentine For My Husband



My heart sings its rhyme-song of love for you,
A language of love that beats strong and true.
The paths we’ve traveled in our life together
Have served to strengthen our love forever.



You’ve seen me at my best and worst,
Yet, somehow, always made me first;
I cannot imagine my life without you,
Dear husband, best friend, and soul mate, too.



So on this special Valentine's Day,
Let me restate my love in every way,
With the hope in my heart for a long, happy life
To be shared with you as your loving wife.
